The CRE Center Logo

The Curriculum Relevant Center (C.R.E.) Inc., located in the Tampa Bay area, is a 501(C)(3) organization that offers engaging academic mental wellness.   We teach VPK to 12th-grade participants through face-to-face and online lessons.  Our programs align with state standards to increase learning gains. These skills are taught in one-on-one, small group, and community settings. We teach core subjects focusing on math, reading, writing, English, social skills, and soft skills learning.  We incorporate math and ELA standards in our Move the Needle programs, ensuring participants receive what they need to excel while enjoying learning.

C.R.E.’s Individual Participant Plan (IPP) approach personalizes each participant's goals, strengths, and challenges. Participants explore and experience various learning activities, events, and productions that foster holistic learning in real time. CRE is dedicated to teaching the whole child by engaging participants in activities that explore what is needed to grow and develop into responsible global thinkers of tomorrow.

Mental Wellness

We understand the importance of mental wellness in a child's overall development.

We teach and model positive social and preventative behavior skills to influence healthy, emotional, and behavioral outcomes. Participants learn essential skills for developing and maintaining family, school, and community relationships.  Our bullying, restorative justice, and reintegration sessions assist participants in understanding others' perspectives and the importance of effective communication. We offer relevant workshops because we know the importance of mental wellness in a child's overall development. Participants are challenged to learn new skills and use transferable learning skills to communicate, ie, saying excuse me in a public setting. Our attention to mental wellness ensures that participants continue to learn and develop emotional and behavioral strategies. To help in this area, participants explore the following workshops and more.

  • Winning  Attitude

  • Effective Communication

  • Managing Anger

  • Behavior Management

  • Gifts, Talents, and Strengths

  • Goal Setting and Planning

  • Triggers and Coping Strategies

  • Power of Silence

  • Choices vs. Consequences

Every project is a pathway. Every student has potential. C.R.E. helps them connect the two.
